<aside> 💬 We often hear about how there’s too many meetings, and how some meetings could have been an email, I get it, there’s just a lot of meetings. While I can’t help you have fewer meeting, I’ve learned a couple of things that can make meetings better.
Also, I’ve changed a lot about my work calendar so that I have two consecutive days without meetings, if you can swing that I think you should give it a try.

<aside> 💬 I find this little tool most useful whenever I’m having a meeting with people I don’t know or people that I don’t communicate with very often. I’ve also found it useful in presentations when you have a large audience or an audience unfamiliar with your work.
Put it on the calendar invite and/or your first few slides, before the agenda even.
