<aside> 🚧 I am not a very organized person by nature, my browser, my office and my desk are often a bit messy, but I have found a few tools that work for me.

Notion

Notion is a productivity tool that allows for note-taking, task management, and project organization. It enables users to create pages, databases, and other customizable content types in one workspace. Notion is known for its flexibility, as it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from personal to professional.

<aside> 💬 You get out of Notion what you put into it, if you’re looking for ways to maximize your productivity with this app I strongly recommend some of the videos below.

Believe it or not this entire website is made in Notion! Absolutely no coding.

How to Build the Ultimate Productivity System (2023)

<aside> 💬 The following video in particular was a game changer for me, Ali explains how he manages his time; one of the simple tools he uses is what he calls a year at a glance spreadsheet, where you can see in one view all of the days in a year. It seems so small and simple, but it’s been a great way to do some rough estimates on plans and commitments for work. You can get a link to a template on the video’s description.

Arc

I’ve been playing around with Arc in the past few months, it’s a browser that will help you organize how you browse the internet and help you reduce the chaos you invite when you haven’t closed your browser in a few hours or weeks…

It intentionally closes tabs that have been open for longer than 24 hours, and it does not show you every tab you’ve created.
